Plans

HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY PLAN?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan anytime for free. New features will be available immediately.

When downgrading, events that are running within 30 days of your plan change will continue to keep the current pricing until close.

DO I HAVE ACCESS TO MY EVENT DATA?

Our systems currently allow you to obtain access to event registration data, financial data and other reports within the console.

We can also by request provide a static dump (html or pdf) of all invoices, and or registration forms.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I REACH A DATA LIMIT?

CAN I PURCHASE EXTRA EXTENSIONS FOR MY PLAN?

Yes, extra modules are available above the free allocation for each plan. Individual pricing is available on the modules page.

When extra modules are added, the highest priced extensions are included first, then you may be billed for any extra extension above your plan quotas.

We will often have special offers and free trials available also from time to time.

Data Security

HOW SECURE IS MY DATA?

Everything on our website through to our payment systems is encrypted using SSL security.

We employ various encryption techniques and our data is also encrypted at rest (aka when the database is turned off).

HOW IS MY CUSTOMERS PAYMENT DATA STORED?

We do not directly store credit or bank informaiton in our systems. All payment information is only stored at PCI-compliant banks and payment services.

We use industry-standard tokens that are issued by banks and payment services to locate transaction detail, however this will not give us (or anyone else) the direct account or credit card numbers from the customer.

We also store, where appropriate the bank and credit card type informaiton to provide you with accurate pricing as often our payment processors have variable pricing based on card type and country of issue and we want to give you the best rates.

Payouts & Billing

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express Credit Cards.

As of April 2018 we will also accept ApplePay, AndroidPay, Alipay as well as custom payment gateways.

We will also be accepting Polipay (Web Banking) and PayId as from April as per availability.

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

Each time your receive a payout, we will deduct any charges and fees before releasing funds back to you.

Payouts are paid 2-7 days after an event concludes, normally on a Wednesday.

For customers who are using their own merchant accounts, you will be billed one 2-7 business days after your event begins.

CAN I GET MONEY PAID BEFORE MY EVENT?

Some of our plans allow payouts leading up to your event. You can control the timing of these payments in your control panel.

If you do not have this feature enabled on your plan, you can visit the ‘payouts’ page and request a special circumstances one-off payment within 1 week of your event of up to 50% of your ticket sales.
